ADR's and kids under 3

When making ADR's, do children under 3 count towards the total people in the group? (Assuming you don't have multiple kids under 3)

Yes, for a few reasons. The place has a max capacity that it can't go over for safety reasons a 2 year old counts in that.

Also your child would still need either a high chair that pulls up at the table or be in a seat at the table so you still need a spot for them.
