ADRs and canceling hotel

My plan is to book Swan and Dolphin, but I'm waiting on some Marriott points. In the meantime, I have a reservation at ASM booked. If I make ADRs at 60 days plus the length of my stay, what happens to the ADRs when I change to the Swan and Dolphin?

Nothing. ADRs are not tied to your hotel stay.
