Planning our annual December mother/daughter trip that this year will also include my first grandchild ---
a granddaughter who will be 5 months old when we are at WDW.

Do I make ADRs for 2 ( Me and DD ) or for 3 ( Me, DD and DGD ) ?

Not sure if she will be old enough for a high chair. Can we bring her stroller into the restaurants? The one she uses has a baby carrier that lifts off of the stroller. If we bring it, perhaps we can just take the carrier part in?

Any suggestions about traveling with an infant would be appreciated.

you count the infant when making ADRs...so it would be 2 adults 1 child. They want to be sure there is room for a high chair, or a chair space at the table for an infant seat (the tables for 2 are tiny in most restaurants, and often very close to adjacent tables...in most cases would not be room to pull up a high chair or have a stroller and/or infant seat in the area...so definitely include her in your restaurant reservations. Some restaurants have room for strollers, others will have you leave the stroller outside.

Yes, you definitely have to count the child in the number of people for the ADRs.

Most of the table serivce restaurants will not allow you to bring in the full stroller but you should be able to leave her in the carrier portion and place that in a booth or on a chair (although it may be dangerous to place on a stand alone chair).
