ADR time for Chef Mickey's?

Hello all - I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find the response.
We have ADRs at Chef MIckey's at 7:30am. MK opens at 9:00. We'll be staying at ASMovies.

Is there any way we'll be able to make a 7:30 ADR for chef mickey's?
If not - what about a 7:40?

The buses should start running at 6:30 from your resort to MK. Just be at the bus stop about 6:20. If you ask, you may be able to have the bus deliver you to CR.

Any other information I read says busses start running 30 minutes before park opening. Are you sure they will start at 6:30?
