ADR Strategy for those Off-Site

I am currently planning my ADR options so I'm ready at 180 days. We will be staying onsite at AofA for just one night followed by 7 nights off-site. The only thing I really care about is eating CRT with my little princess. Ideally my MK days will come at the end of our trip but I will certainly adjust them for CRT. Should I just plan trying to book CRT everyday and then canceling if I can get it on my ideal date?

Also we also like to try eating at Whispering Cannon and Sanaa. Should I plan these for specific park days or our non-park days?

CRT is a prepaid meal and has to be canceled earlier than other ressies

As far as WCC and Sanaa it really depends if you want to leave a park to eat there. If so, do WCC on an MK day and Sanaa on an AK day.

As PP pointed out, CRT is pre-pay so it really depends on how much money you want charged to your card as you make multiple reservations there.

My thought process is I'd try each day to ensure I got a table as since I'm staying off site I don't get the plus 10day option. If I can score it on the day I prefer then I would cancel the rest so I'd only really have multiple reservations charged for a week tops. If can't get my ideal day then at least I have one and I can plan my parks accordingly.

It has been a few years since we ate at the castle. We usually booked lunch without any problem. The first time I think we booked two months from our trip.

When you book multiple CRT ADR's for "So I have the perfect day for my little princess" you are potentially preventing other families from being able to book for their family at all. Not good.
Decide in advance which day will be your MK day and then try for that first. What is your second choice - try for that next if needed. But please don't just book multiple days so you can decide later.

I certainly wouldn't want to do that! I have just read it very difficult reservation to get so if my first choice to go is DAY 5 of my trip and I wait until 180 days before Day 5 and nothing is available I'd be super bummed because maybe I could have gotten a reservation a 180 days before DAY 2, does that make sense. If Im lucky enough to snag two reservations then I would immediately drop one. I wouldn't wait until my vacation to do so thus giving plenty of time for someone else to snag it. Im just try to figure out the best strategies for snagging those must have reservations.
