ADR Strategy - Does this look good?

My ADR day is coming up soon - May 14 - for our Nov trip! I have a few hard to get restaurants I need reservations for. I will be online at 7am ET time (yay for living on the East coast!) when my window opens. This is the order I planned on looking for reservations - would you change the order up at all?

CRT - lunch
Trattoria al Forno - breakfast (for the Rapunzel interaction - this one might be more important to us than CRT, but I believe CRT is harder to get?)
Ohana - breakfast
Hollywood & Vine - Minnie's Dine (assuming they are doing this) - lunch
Boma - dinner
Garden Grill - lunch
Via Napoli - lunch
Yak and Yeti - dinner

My other thought is, we aren't doing many breakfasts because I want to maximize time in the parks - in fact we are only doing 1 one a park day, the other is on the day we leave. I was thinking lunch would be better because that's when the parks are kind of max crowds for the day so we would take a breather at lunch time. We are open to close park people with no midday break at the resort. Is this a good strategy or would switching some to dinner be a better use of our time?

We are similar touring people, open to close without a break. For us, 2 adults and 3 children, we prefer an evening break. We usually get to the parks around 10, which is an hour after opening, because none of my kids are very friendly in the early morning, LOL. So breakfast is an in room deal. We try to be on a bus by 9am, and then we like to get lunch around 11. It makes it much easier to hit our first FP, then grab a CS meal and that makes it basically time for the next FP. We like to get FPs back to back after lunch, and dont like to take a big break until its basically time to get a spot for fireworks. So we try to hit our ADRs around 6, eat until 7 and then get a spot. So 11:30-6 is our peak FP time during the day, and then after fireworks on a EMH night, we have that time to revisit things we want to do again.

Hi,
Just an important FYI...
Online ADRs open at 6 AM, NOT 7AM as you posted.if you wat you'll be an hour behind.
Good luck!

BrookieM2001 Thanks for posting your touring style. I so rarely see anything other than "rope-drop." With teens who are resistant to early morning, it's nice to see some families
have an enjoyable trip without "rope-dropping." (Even though I know that works for the majority of disers.)

Absolutely! Honestly, I have never rope dropped a park in my 10+ trips. Not when I was the kid, not when we were just a couple and now not with my kids either. It’s just not my extended family’s style of touring. And we have never not been able to ride a ride we wanted during a trip. I know they say you get sooooo much done during that first hour, and it’s probably true, but DEFINITELY not necessary for a fun and successful trip. The security lines are usually shorter too when you arrive a little later. Don’t worry about being there too early, stay late and it’ll be fine! HAVE FUN!!!!
