ADR Spreadsheet

I had saw a really great ADR spreadsheet on the boards a few days ago, and I can't seem to find it.
Can anyone direct me to the right place?

I have one that I got from the boards in Excell, I can't figure out how to attach it here, so PM me an email if you don't get it from PP and I can send it.

Personally, I use a word document for planning, I made a 5 column chart for date, park touring that day, breakfast, lunch and dinner). I can also include details in the squares such as show times for Wishes, etc to plan my meals around them.
