ADR show 3 adults for 2 adults + 1 infant

Hi,

Some of my ADRs says 3 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 infant.
Other says 2 adults and 1 infant.

I clicked 'update guest' and added DH and DD and it got updated to 3 adults again!

Anyone experiences this? What should I do? Do I get extra charges if I don't get this corrected and show up as 2 adults and 1 child?
