ADR questions

A couple of questions about ADRs. When can these be made 190 or 180 prior to arrival? Also we are going with my parents (same resort, tickets, and dining plan but we paid separately). Can I make ADRs for both even though I only paid for ours? Or does my mom have to do theirs herself? I am considering character dining at Chef Mickeys and Cinderella's castle.

If you are staying at a Disney resort, you can make your reservations for the first 10 days of your trip, 180 days prior to your check-in date. Otherwise, you can make your reservations 180 days prior to the date of the meal.
