ADR problems

So back on June 13, I called and made all 10 of my ADRs. I was on the phone at 7 a.m., got all the ADRs made, and then the cast member's computer crashed and we had to do them all over again. Thankfully, I got them all within 5 minutes of each other, so that was a relief.

The one problem that concerned me is that when the CM tried to pull up my resort code, it came up with someone else's address (in Virgina), phone number and e-mail. But it was clearly me, because it was the correct number in our party, and had us as staying in the WL Villas, for the correct dates of stay. The CM fixed my address, and then the following Monday I called our travel agent to double check there was nothing wrong with the reservation. She said that since the TA made the reservation, disney didn't even have my address, so all was fine.

Anyway, a couple of days later, I called Disney Dining back and switched the Fantasmic Package from 3:55 to 5 p.m. (better time opened up).

Yesterday, I went online to pull up my reservations and add a celebration (the in-laws are coming with is and having their 42nd wedding anniversary while we are there). When I put in the Fantasmic ADR, it said it had been cancelled! Which of course, it had not! I immediately called Disney Dining. Spent an hour on the phone, finally got transferred to a very groucy guest services person, who supposedly fixed it. During the whole hour I was on the phone, the CM pulled up the mysterious Virgina address again...

Today, I went online again to verify the ADR for the Fantasmic package. It said no such reservation existed. I called again, gave them the confirmation code, and they said it was there. But then she said I had duplicate reservations for every single one of my dining reservations. Obviouisly, that very first time I called and the CM's computer crashed, somehow I wound up with duplicate reservations. She sort of scolded me for having duplicate reservations and I offered to cancel the duplicates, but then when she tried to do it, they wouldn't come up, and I got concerned that all my reservations would get cancelled, so I said nevermind.

So - bottom line - I am very nervous about my ADRs. Something is royally messed up, and it seems like every time I call, another problem develops. Should I be nervous about this mystery Virgina address? What about the fact that my Fantasmic ADR won't show up online, even though all the rest of them do? And what if a CM sees that I'm "double booked" all week and cancells ALL my ADRs?

Thoughts?

Oh boy if that happened to me i would be on the phone until i got a straight answer. You should call back and ask to speak to a supervisor and make sure the problem is handled. I would not be able to sleep at night if that happened to me.
