Our ADR date is in a couple of days and I'm trying to figure out our ADR plan. The real issue is that we're sort of waiting to see what happens with Galaxy's Edge - how the restaurants work, how the crowds work, and if we'll need a second day in DHS to accommodate my 10 year old Star Wars fan. 
Right now, my plan is:
Saturday (no park): dinner at Boma
Sunday (MK): lunch at BOG
Monday(Epcot): dinner at Garden Grill
Tuesday (AK): no ADRs - daughter is very excited for Satu'li Canteen
Wednesday (MK): dinner at Liberty Tree
Thursday (Epcot): no ADRs...though am keeping an eye on that new space restaurant...
Friday (DHS): dinner at Mama Melrose
Saturday (DHS? AK?): this is our wait and see day...
Sunday (no park): brunch at Boma
I think this will work...maybe? And I'm also trying to remind myself that if we wanted to add a few things (we've been going back and forth about Spice Road Table in Epcot vs. Tangierine Cafe and whether my daughter wants to go back to Tusker House in AK) that we can do that later. Thanks for any tips!
