ADR picks are boring

We booked our trip well within the 180 day mark so there seems to be slim pickins for table service. We will be arriving on 4/30. I figured since we don't land til 5:30pm, by the time we take ME over to our hotel and check in its probably best to just eat at the resort (Pop). Given these rezzies looks like we will do Hollywood and MK day 1 and AK and Epcot day 2. My rezzies:
May 1breakfast - Hollywood and Vine. Means we have to do Hollywood Studios (I wanted to do Epcot, gone back and forth whether I should cancel these and do the Akersus breakfast. Had similar thread about this, worried about girls not eating the food - they will want Mickey waffles, not eggs)
Lunch - nothing booked, figured on hotel (Pop)
Dinner - Tony's. Never been there, seems like no one books this...is it boring? Tried to get Ohana, no dice. Can't seem to find anything else, would love a character experience. Need to be somewhat near MK since that is the plan for that night.
May 2 - breakfast, nothing booked. Wanted Tusker House because we will do AK in the AM since its early morn magic hours but its booked solid. Will probably have to eat at Pop.
Lunch - nothing booked.
Dinner - 1900 Park Fare. Only one I am happy about, we have done this one twice. Girls loved it and food was great.
Flight leaves at 6:45am May 3

Unless you are on DxDP and 'need' to use more TS credits to 'break even' on the costs, why not just go with CS? With such a short trip you might be better to have the extra flexibility of no ADRs. In fact, you don't really need to do full CS "meals"; you can just basically nosh your way through the parks. Bakery goodies here, egg rolls there, turkey leg a little later on: if you are used to the DDP, challenge yourself to try all the things that you haven't. Things that cost more than a snack credit but are less than a full combo meal. You might surprise yourself!

And actually I do like Tony's. The theming is nice, in a more old-fashioned Disney way, and I think the food is OK too. And I really like the pistachio creme brulee. Plus you have 1900 PF the next night and you already know you enjoy that one.

ADRs can be such a pain...things book up so quickly...

For MK, did you try Liberty Tree Tavern? I liked their food and the service was pretty good when I was there in September. It's in the park near HM area. I've never eaten at Tony's so I can't speak to whether that is good or not.

For AK...if you are there for lunch I would recomment Yak and Yeti. Their food was good and the service was great. But that much TS may be more than you want. Just thought I would throw that out there because when we ate there last September for lunch the place was empty.

And I would think your daughters would like the princesses and that would make up for the food (so you could go to Epcot). But you would know them best.

Have a great trip and don't let ADRs make or break your trip. No matter what you end up with you will still be in Disney World. :)
