ADR or PS?

I havent posted in a while. We went to Disney Nov. 04 and at that time I was used to everyone saying "PS" did something change? What is this ADR? Is that what I will be asking for when scheduling dining reservations for our new trip? Thanks so much

They're one in the same, they just recently decided to start calling them Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs). I'm sure the CM will know what you're talking about if you call it a PS

Jane,

Previously you could only make PS's 90 days ahead, so if you had a 6 day trip you had to call every day or 2 to get all your PS's for your trip.

Now ADR (Advance Dining Reservation) allows you to book all of your PS's when the first day of your trip is 90 days out, as long as your trip is 10 days or less. Hope this makes sense.

I've made a bunch of reservations for my next trip, and some of the CM's are still calling them PSs so we're not the only ones confused.

They are still "Priority Seatings" but you have the advantage of scheduling your PS's up to 100 days in advance (for a 10 day trip).

Okay, major gripe: Advance Dining Reservation. All reservations are in advance. By the name, reservations anywhere anytime are in advance of the event. This must have been done by the WDW Department of Redundency Department.
And, aside from now being able to book them all when you call, when you get to a podium, it's first available, just like PS.
