ADR online booking time

My 180 day mark is fast approaching and I am wondering what time I can book at on the day. I have read that the online bookings go live at 6am EST but does that mean we need to wait til 11am with the 5 hour time difference or does the UK site allow bookings at 6am GMT? This is the first time I have used the DDP or bothered with ADR's at the 180 day mark so it's all a bit new to me!

Its all on EST so its 11am here for online bookings or 12 noon for phone bookings
