ADR made over the phone - agent forgot to put my phone # on ressie

Since the agent forgot to ask for/enter my phone number on the ADR, I am not able to retrieve it online. I have called back and they don't seem to be able to add my phone number to the exisiting ressie. Has this happened to anyone else?
 
I would not be too worried about it. They take your reservation number (room reservation number when you make the ADR). I could not have them send me a confirmation or add it once and I was fine. It's linked to that reservation number somehow so I would not let it worry me to much (I made some ADRs over the phone and online). Keep your confirmation number. princess:
 
Yes this happened to me also, booked most of my adr's online, but Cindy's castle and Fantasmic dinner package I booked over the phone. I did give the CM my phone number, but she didn't link it to my package so I can't retrieve my adr's online either. Its very frustrating, I called Disney to see if they could add my phone number to the ressies, but they said that they can't do that :confused: Of course I have my ressie numbers, but after reading some of the threads here about reservations being cancelled, it does worry me somewhat that I won't have actual print outs to take with me should the worst happen.

I might call them again to see if they can email my reservations to me, might put my mind at rest lol
