I'm trying to figure out meals for July 3 & 4. It will be just me and my dad. I'm at least trying to get a rough idea of what to do, as the park hours are not out yet, but my 90 day window is April 5.

We plan on being in the Magic Kingdom all day on the 3rd. I'm hoping to be able to get Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner. Should we do a late breakfast or early lunch? I don't want to be so full that it is not comfortable walking around. But then I don't want dinner so late that we can't get a good viewing place for the fireworks. Which I am guessing would mean grabbing a spot about 2 hours ahead of time. Any suggestions?:confused3

On the 4th of July we will be at Epcot all day. Dad has reqeusted that we have fish and chips for a meal that day. So we could either do that as a sit down for lunch or dinner, or just do counter service. But I'm coming up blank as to where else we should eat. We may sleep in this day, as we are going to be out as late as we can the night before. I was thinking the Coral Reef, but we are having fish for our other meal. Dad was not overly impressed with Le Ceiller, even if we could snag an ADR there. He is not one who likes what he sees as fussy, when it comes to food or service. What other meal should we have at Epcot?:confused3

Thanks so much!

If you're doing CRT for dinner- then a late bfast/early lunch woudl sound good- but I would def not book the bfast/lunch til after you have your dinner time. If you DON'T get CRT- have a back up planned.
Now for bfast- Crystal Palace is fun- but if you're already doing a character dinner, u may not want a character bfast as well.
If you're looking NON character- Liberty Tree Tavern could be a good early lunch place. Or you could just eat snacks. I tend to think that the snacks at MK are GREAT. I can fill up on stuff from the main street bakery and sweet shop and just popcorn and ice cream bars and pineapple floats from Aloha Isle :-).

Now for Epcot, I think Rose and Crown is great- or the cs fish and chips woudl be fine as well.
Coral Reef is not just seafood- so that doesn't need to be totally out of the question. But there are SO many good places in World Showcase. If you do a sit down for fish and chips, then you could just leave the other meal open for counter service and just see what sounds good as u walk by each country.
ALSO just to throw this in there, if you were thinking about maybe hitting downtown disney- I hear the fish and chips at Raglan road (sit down) or Cookes of dublin (counter service) are GREAT
