ADR for more-than registered hotel guests

Question is- we're approaching our 60 day window, we have 5 registered guests , but can't get thru due to Ian to add our last 2 guests
(2 BR DVC)
Anyhoo - can someone confirm that despite only Five(5) on our Hotel reservation , that I'll be able to try and find ADR's for the full party of 7 (?)
Been trying to call - but it's difficult with the impact of Ian short term
And yes- I understand 7 is going to be difficult to find ADR space.

Yeah, all that matters is that the person logged in to book the dining reservation is properly set up in My Disney Experience with their resort reservation.

You can search for a party of 7 and just add nameless, faceless guests. Actually if you can't find 7, look for 8.

You don’t have to name any guests other than the one managing the ADR.

If you want to name/link them, that’s fine, all it does is allow that ADR to show in their plans in MDE. It’s different from a resort reservation.
