ADR for group of 4 adults and 9 children?

I can make my ADRs soon. We are staying onsite. My SIL and her family will be joining us for dinner for two days making our group 13 pp. I just read that I may have to call a different number to make a reservation for a large group.

My question is this: With the 180 + 10, will I be able to do this using this reservation number for larger groups?

Not sure if I am making my question clear but thank you to anyone who answers.

you will be hard pressed to find locations that will take a party of that size.

Is your SIL and her family also staying at WDW? You might get a Grand Gathering that way. But if they are staying offsite, then you can't.
