ADR for 7 when 3 offsite

Is it possible to make a reservation in the 180+10 window for more than the number in your party staying onsite (ie if 4 are staying onsite and 3 offsite, can the onsite party make a booking for all 7 people in the 180+10 window?).

yes. we made our reservations for 4 instead of 3 (on our reservation) because my mother in law had decided to come but we just haven't added her to the reservation yet. it was no problem.

ADRs are not tied to your resort reservation other than it will show up in your plans on MDE.

Anyone, no matter where they are staying, can make an ADR for any number of people at a Disney property restaurant (your only catch is the fact you need a park tickets for park restaurants )
