ADR for 4 to CP but 2 no show?

We are planning on Crystal Palace breakfast ADRs for 4 people when we go. But 2 people aren't sure they want to get up early.
My question is what happens if only 2 people show up when the ADR was for 4 people? Is there a penalty imposed since there are less people?

But I you are sure they don't want to go, I would call and see if I can change it to 2, and post it on the correct month's cancellation thread. If it is for before the park opens, I have been trying 1000 times to find one of those. They are hard to come by!

I'm hoping they will be coming with us. I'm going to plan on making the ADR for 4 people and hope for the best.
At least there won't be a penalty if they wind up being a no show.
I wouldn't be able to cancel ahead of time since I won't know until that morning if they would be going or not. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they do make it.
If I can get the ADR in the first place.
