We are booked in Jan at the Poly. We are a family of 4 with a 4 year old and 6 year old. We eat early (and get up for rope drop). We've been a couple of times before. We like Characters and better TS food. Here is what we have planned so far:

Arrival Day
Dinner - Chef Mickey

Day 2 - MK
Breakfast - In room (we will stop at grocery store)
Lunch - Crystal Palace (Character)
Dinner - The Wave

Day 3 - DHS
Breakfast - In room (we will stop at grocery store)
Lunch - Hollywood & Vine (Character) OR SciFi (HELP! We've done H&V before and it was ok)
Dinner - TBD (HELP)

Day 4 - Epcot
Breakfast - Princesses breakfast (Character)
Lunch - Coral Reef or La Hacienda de San Angel or teppen edo (HELP)
Dinner - Kids to kids club adults to somewhere in Epcot (Le Cellier Or Chefs de France? HELP)

Day 5 - MK
Breakfast - In room (we will stop at grocery store)
Lunch - The Plaza
Dinner - Narcoosee's or Artist Point WITH Kids (suggestion?)

Day 6 - AK
Breakfast - Tusker House (Character)
Lunch - Boma?
Dinner - Kids to kids club adults to Cali Grill

Day 7 - MK
Breakfast - In room (we will stop at grocery store)
Lunch - Liberty Tree
Dinner - Kona Cafe

Departure
Breakfast - Ohana (Character)

Any thoughts GREATLY appreciated. The boys have nixed the Castle for a meal and also the HDD is off the list (we loved it just went the last 2 trips).

TIA!

Well, mine love Artist Point. They first went at 9 and 11.
Boma doesn't serve lunch.

of food and time away from the parks. Each family has their own touring style but my kids would be whining about how much time is spent eating.

Specific comments:

Day3

I would do Sci Fi over H&V. If you have park hoppers you could cover one of your Epcot choices this night since the parks are so close. If not you may consider 50s Prime Time for dinner.

Day 4

I don't know if I could handle three sit down meals in one day. I'm not a Coral Reef fan but there are many out there. La Hacienda opens at 4:00 PM. The space is used for a the CS La Cantina de San Angel during the day. The indoor San Angel TS is open for lunch. Teppen Edo is a fine place to eat and it keeps kids entertained. We ate there last week. My only issue is that we have several places near us that we go to that do the same thing.

Day 5

Either location works for kids. I prefer AP because I'm a fan of the western national park architecture and give an edge to the food.

Day 6

As mentioned above Boma is not open for lunch. Tusker House has a similar style, not as good, buffet. Or you could simply split some ribs and chicken from Flame Tree.
