ADR Booking Date for Off-site stays

I am helping a friend with her 1st trip to Disney. She has decided to stay offsite. I cant find a ADR FAQ thread, so I will ask here, how far out can we book her ADR's? Is it like the fastpass and it's 30 days, and has to been done daily?

ADRs can be booked 180 days out, but 180 days out from each consecutive day. You do not get the +10 part when offsite.

Anyone staying anywhere can book a WDW ADR daily at 180 days. You will only get the 180+10 benefit if staying onsite at a WDW resort.

did not have an on-site reservation in 2013 when I made my ADRs. I was on the computer every morning at 6AM and got everything I wanted at perfect times: CRT, CM, 1900PF, CP, Mama Melrose F!, Akershaus.
