ADR at CRT--What if MK is closed/full?

Friends of ours are staying off-property and have an ADR for lunch at CRT on Dec. 31. From what I hear, the parks can get so crowded on that day that they close to additional guests. Would their ADR allow them to get admitted anyway or not?

Nope - get there early. Also, the parking lot will close before the park does. Since they are off site, all the more reason to get there early.

happened to us a couple of years ago. We hung out outside for a couple of hours hoping to get in but all we ended up doing was wasting time and ended up going to EPCOT. That was at 1. Get there early and have fun in the huge crowds.
