ADR at CRT for 4 only need 3

I have an ADR for 4 persons at CRT, but now I only need for 3. Every time I try to modify it online I get an error.

As the reservation is prepaid will I get a refund for the last person when we only show up 3?

Or do I need to call to get it modified? - if so who do I call?

We will use the DDP for paying once at the restaurant.

They *might* refund you when you arrive. I know we showed up one short once and they put that amount on a gift card for us. We also arrived one short on the dining plan once and they chose not to charge us. But they don't have to that.

Definitely call and have it modified. I don't think you'll have trouble when you arrive.

When I went I needed the price adjusted for the annual passholder discount. They told me the only way to refund me was to send a refund to the card I booked with and would show up in about two weeks. They said they couldn't give me a gift card for the money. I did get the refund on my card a few weeks later

It was pretty easy I called the dining reservation department (or whatever their name is) and they just removed one guest.
