ADR at 7:40 on Halloween Party night and not going to Party that night

Hi! I don't know the answer to this, Can we eat dinner at Crystal palace at 7:40 on a Halloween Party night if we are not attending the Halloween party that night?

I believe I saw that different restaurants had different cutoffs, some are 6:20 and some are 6:40, but 7:40 is definitely out.

When you look at the desired restaurant on the Disney website, select the day you are interested in on the calendar. That will give you the hours for each meal for that restaurant. On party days, for Crystal Palace it looks like this:

Breakfast
8:00 AM - 10:45 AM

Lunch
11:30 AM - 2:45 PM

Dinner
3:15 PM - 6:30 PM

Dinner
Special Ticketed Event
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
