I am staying at the Beach Club Villas in January and have an ADR at 1900PF at 8:20 in the morning. Any ideas how or what would be the best way to get there? Can you walk through Epcot (opens at 9 that day) to get to the monorail that early or do I have to take the bus to MK and then take the monorail around from there?

The buses start running to the MK by 6:30, or earlier. For an 8:20 ADR at 1900, I would be out at the bus stop by 7:15. Take the bus to MK, then hop on the resort monorail to GF. The monorail will take about 20 mins..from MK to GF, the bus will take about 10 mins, once you hop on it.
