adr and resort dates modification

my understanding is that ADRs are not linked to resort reservations. so, if I modify the arrival date of my Resort reservations my ADRS will be left intact even though I had reserved them with the +10 days? if I have room only reservation I will still be able to reserve the 180 +10?

Correct.

As long as it's a Disney resort, you can make a 180+10.
If you wanted to add a dining plan, however, you would need a package instead of a room only.

good!!! I was scared after all the planning and how difficult it is, to lose them!!!!

I'm sure people are reserving with unreal prior dates to get early access to difficult ADRs......never realized this and wondered why such limited availability with 180 days even with the +10.
