ADR- 60days before - only number of people in the room?

I have a room reserved for 2 people.. but when the window opens (60d + 10) I’d like to do an ADR for 8 people (the other party is staying off site)… can I book tor all? Or only for the 2 staying onsite?

You can do ADRs for any size party.
