adoption agency

Hi everyone-I'm kinda new. My husband has posted before but not me. I wanted to know if any of you recommend a particular adoption agency. We are originally from Ohio now residing in Kentucky and the laws are so different here all the way around.
We have been looking at adoption domestically for about six years due to secondary infertility. We are 33 now and I'm having a full abdominal hysterectomy April 10th. We wanted to know your experiences, the average cost and if you could recommend a good agency on the East Coast.

We adopted from Russia and went through a wonderful company on which my DH now sits on its board. If you decide to go an international route, I can help you with that. Sorry, I've no referral for you for a domestic adoption. But, some of the others on the thread I provided above have and I'm sure can offer some help and support.

Good luck with your surgery! While it's never fun, I hope you're back on your feet and "good as new" very quickly! (Like we women can afford to be down for too long anyway.)
