*ADIOS!* A 16th Birthday & Summer Vacation fit for a Princess! *Updated 7/16*

This is a little off topic, but it still relates to Disney so I figured I would share!

My friends and I have been into watching Disney movies recently. Two weeks ago it was "Princess Movie" weekend, so my friend had a Disney Princess Party! It defintely brought out our inner child.

We all even got crowns and wands haha. We watched Aladdin (I forgot who much I love that movie), Cinderella (my favorite princess of all time! I know that movie front and back), The Little Mermaid (I love it, even if I do think Ariel is being self absorbed), and Beauty and the Beast (Love it!).

I know I'm slack on the updates, but I just wanted to tell y'all that we're going to the beach this weekend!

And me and my two bestfriends saw the Justin Bieber Never Say Never last night. It changed my life. I used to hate Bieber, then I thought he was okay, now I love him. The movie just shows you how sweet he is.

Last weekend, my family and I went to one of North Carolina's beaches- it was a lot of fun! And very pretty. Warm, but the water was freezing (I just stood near the shore with my feet in, and it felt like mt toes were gonna pop off)

But, before we went to the beach (Saturday- February 19th) I spent Friday night with two of my bestfriends (Olivia and Cass- Cass is the one that I met up with in WDW this past summer, if any of y'all remember!). My mom took us to see Justin Bieber: Never Say Never 3D. (we didn't get purple glasses this time... they must not have had them in inventory?). It was sooo cool. I spent the night at one of their houses, and then my mom came to pick me up early so we could hit the 3 1/2 hour road to the beach.

Now, yesterday, I went with my other bestfriend (Rachel) to the movies. And what did we see? Justin Bieber: Never Say Never Director's Fan Cut in 3D. And we got purple 3D glasses that say Justin Bieber Never Say Never on them. The Fan Cut is almost the same as the original movie, but it has 40 minutes of new stuff. So they took out 40 minutes of the original stuff, at various spots, and added in new 40 minutes. I honestly couldn't tell it was the same movie. They had a lot of the same stuff, but the new stuff changed it up a lot, I loved it!

(and yes, I love how Bieber and his backup dancers all wear Yankee hats! He's a big fan of the Yankees... which makes it even better, haha.)

I promise, I'll get to Disney stuff soon!

How fun, I think going to the beach in the winter (well, almost Spring, I guess.) is a good idea. It's not as crowded and it's cheaper.

Alright it seems I feel behind on your PTR, Sarah. And I read how you're having trouble deciding on which resort. I have to say I highly recommend the Animal Kingdom Lodge. I stayed at that resort my first trip to Disney and loved it there! We didn't have a Savannah view but our room was gorgeous. If you stay in Kidani Village, definitely make ADRs for Sanaa. It's the only restaurant there and it is my favorite restaurant in all of Disney. The other two restaurants are Jambo House- Jiko and Boma. Also, you definitely get a ton of pictures by being in the AKL, since the Savannah you can see from so many places. I don't know if you've made your decision on the resort you're staying at, but I highly recommend AKL.

I'm having such a tough decision... I think AKL is the top of my list, but I don't know. I've heard so many amazing things about AKL... and it's really pretty there, we had dinner at Boma in '09. I'll be sure to let y'all know when the choice is made, haha. It probably won't be decided for quite some time though

So, I've got an update

My mom told me that we have 2 options for MAYBE going to WDW this summer. 1) 1 room at the Polynesian (no DP) 2) 2 rooms at POP Century (DP)

So, this may have to turn into a double PTR. Just as I was hoping it would! If things go as planned, we'll hopefully get AP's this summer, and that will make my dream of a WDW Sweet 16 more reasonable!
