I am really in a mess at the moment with seating and hope someone out there can help. Apparentlly we have too many guests and not enough space to sit them the way we would like. Our planner has giving us several other options, granted we are only 6weeks out now, and I hopeing someone out there can answer a few questions I have because my planner won't be in the office again till monday and I'm kinda freaking out!:scared1:

1. What is the cost per table to add linens to the small 4,3 person tables?

2. Is there a cost if we just use white over the pretty saten that will be on all the other tables?

3. What types of arrangement have people used on these smaller tables and what did they cost?

If anyone can help us out thank you so much!! We had first chosen to go all tables of ten but in order to do that we loose all our dance floor! But to use the existing tables we need to see what the extra costs involved will be, we wonder if it will come out to be more with 31 extra linens and center peices.:confused3

You don't get charged to put linens on the 3 - 4 tops. At least, I'm not getting charged. I am still having assigned seating for all those tables as well as my 10 tops (I have 7 10's on the dancefloor). As for centerpieces, I have small bud vases on the 4 tops. Not sure about cost because I'm using an outside florist.

I think the linens, as long as you're actually using the tables, they don't charge you. They leave them bare for parties that don't use them and they just sit in the background. Good luck!

We are haivng approximately 60 at ADH this coming November and I am not sure what we are doing for tables yet. If we go with the big 10 tops I am using 3 glass cylanders of different sizes with water and red petals in them and a white candle floating on top of each. They will be on a mirror with some more petals around the bottom and 3 votives. I believe this will be $85 each. If we go with less 10 tops and some some 4 tops I was thinking of just having one tall cylander with the water, petals and candles and some candles around the bottom for these tables. Not sure how much these would be each.

To twiu - are you placing 7 10 tops on the dance floor and do you still have room for dancing. I have seen pictures of 6 set up on the dance floor and it looks like it would be crowded.

If we go with 60 people we would probably get 4 10 tops on the dance floor and our sweetheart table and then use the 4 tops around the upper outside of the dance floor.

We had 6 ten tops on the dance floor with 53 people and there was plenty of room for dancing.

Yeah, my mom thinks that if you have too much space to dance, then it doesn't feel like a party :) We're hoping it will be crowded - so I yeah, that's the whole point. We're a bit crazy like that.

Thanks for the info on the size of ADH dance floor. Hopefully if we keep it at 60 we will all fit on the dance floor. We like the look of the large tables on the dance floor and keeping the smaller side tables for when people want to break off into groups.

Thanks everyone for posting!

We've decided to go with 6 10's on the dance floor, a head table on the stage and use the rest of the small 3's and 4's. white linens are included but to get ones that match my 10's they are extra. We're going with the white and then I found a web site that sells organza overlays for $4 each so thats how we're going to dess them up! Plus I found mini candleobras that match my large ones I'm going to add some slik floral to them and then hopefully the look will all mesh! I'll post more in my PJ
