Address to send compliments for good service in restaurants?

I was wondering if anyone knew if there is an address (either postal or e-mail) to send a letter of praise for good experiences in restaurants? I was thinking of dropping Disney a note about some of the characters at character meals who were especially good with our daughter.

I was particularly impressed by Ariel at PSB, who made up a little dialogue between our daughter's 2 inch poseable Ariel and King Triton dolls which had our daughter smiling ear-to-ear, and by Tigger at 1900 Park Fare, who bounced around and pretended to lick our daughter (and me!) with a big slurpy licking sound. Almost all of the characters were great, but these two went the extra mile to make our experience super-fun and memorable.

Make sure that you give not only the location and date, but as close to the exact time as possible. Most of the locations, especially for non-talking characters, have two CMs each in costume who alternate; you want to be sure the right person gets credit.
