Address for complimenting CM?

I spent almost an hour on the phone with the most helpful CM yesterday regarding our upcoming trip. This girl went well out of her way to make sure our "magic" began before we ever leave NC! I would like to let her superiors know what an outstanding job she did and how impressed with her level of knowledge of the company I was. Anyone know to whom and where I should address this? Thanks!

I had a CM like this a couple of months ago-very helpful and friendly! I had two ressie to pay for and confirm both with different codes and had two others to cancel-it was very confusing and time consuming but she great about it! While I still had her on the phone I told her that I was very happy with her service and that I wanted to speak with her supervisor-she happily put him on the phone! I was able to tell him right then and there was a wonderful job she had done-he said that at there upcoming staff meeting she would be recognized for this!! I was happy to pass on the praise and also happy that she got to hear it from me as well! This CM also had a distinctive name "Raven" and I got her the phone another time-coincedence!!!! So I don' t have a addie for you but just wanted to share!

I sent a letter about a great CM last week, already rec'd a phone call & they said it was sent to his manager. Used this main address:

When we have a particularly patient, cheerful, and helpful CRO reservationist we immediately speak to the supervisor on duty and give the praise. We were told by one of the CMs that they received a rose and other recognition when a compliment is received from a guest.

I've never e-mailed guest communications for a CRO reservationist though I have for other CMs within the resort.

When you send it in writing, it's given to their supervisor and will be also put in their employee file.
