Additional costs if renting points????

Hi! Considering renting points for a trip later this year. I wanted to know if there are any "hidden" costs if you rent points. I don't mean things like tickets, food, etc. I mean things like room taxes, resort fees, etc.

So, for example, if I rented 100 points at $10 a point, will the stay cost $1000 or would there be other charges for which the renter would be charged?

renting a DVC reservation covers all of the accomodation costs, including taxes. no other charges.

you might get lucky and not have to pay for internet, but that's a little more iffy for renters.
