Adding on to existing tickets

DD and SIL have decided they want to upgrade their 6-day park hopper tix to include the water parks. Can they do that? If so, can it be done at their resort or do you do it at customer service after you go to a park? Thanks!

You can do this at a resort, at Downtown Disney, just inside or outside a theme park, at the Magic Kingdom parking lot concourse (TTC), or outside a water park.

Note: Tickets used more than 13 days ago may no longer be modified. Tickets without non-expiration used more than 13 days ago may no longer be used.
