Adding guests to already booked vacation

We have a trip to WDW planned in about a month. We are staying at The Cabins, 2 adults and 2 children, for 10 days. My sister and her daughter are wanting to come out for part of the stay. They already each have 5 day park tickets that they purchased from a third party. Can they stay with us since we have a room that fits that amount of people? If so, is there anything special we need to do?

Do you have a package or a room-only reservation? How you booked with influence how you add your sister and your daughter to the reservation.

With a package, everyone in the room must have the same package benefits...tickets bought from Disney with the same entitlements, same dining plan for all nights of the reservations (regardless of how long they are actually staying in the room, etc. To add your sister and her child (both of whom already have tickets) for only part of the stay, you would need to wait until you arrive at Disney to add them as guests. This means no Magic Express reservation, no package goodies like the mini golf voucher, no 60-day FP+ for being an onsite guest. If you have a dining plan, you will not be able to add it for them.

If it's a room-only reservation, they can be added at any time by calling Disney.

We have a package with tickets and dining. They will be driving so Magical Express isn't an issue. As far as 60-day FP+, the vacation is in a month anyways.
