Adding DDP

Will member services allow you to add DDP to select nights? Or will I need to break up my reservation into multiple ressies so I can add DDP to just the nights I want.

No. The only way you can do it is a split stay with a different room type or resort.

Thanks again DebbieB. I thought I had read were members simply split a week ( for example ) into two or three stays and added DDP to the stay they wanted. ... Could be mistaken , or perhaps this is against rules??

There was a brief time that segmenting was possible .... But it caused so many problems in the resort / KTTW / DDP systems it was discontinued.

If you have multiple reservations for a continuing stay, they will be merged and any dining plan will be cancelled and refunded. The reservations would have to be made in such a way that they could not be combined in order to accomplish what you want to do. So, you'd essentially have to change rooms or people.

As noted, there are limitations. However, it's possible to do if one wants to by having different reservations listed with different lead names or different room types or categories. One might have to move rooms with the name game and would definitely have to move rooms for some choices.
