Adding Castaway Club Number

With wait time to contact DCL via the telephone outrageous is there any other way to add Castaway Club number to an existing reservation?

Call DCL and use the "Technical/Website Support" option.

But if it's the same name and birthdate, Castaway Club should link automatically.

Mine did not automatically link for some reason. I did have to call to get it.

However, I did learn that if you have your last KTTW card, it's on there.

For our 2023 cruises, my number of appeared but not DW's. That's weird because it was already in her account, and we booked online using DCL website and choosing her as a guest.

Guess we'll have to call them to correct it…

This just happened to me. I had to move funds about and when they rebooked the cruise they didn’t attach my CC number.

Then I tried to add it to my CC account and it broke my account completely. A week later and it’s still not fixed - Disney have had to escalate it.

So moral of the story… don’t try and attach it to your account yourself.
