Adding birthdays to ADRs

Is there a way to do this online? I can only see it asking for our allergy information, but I want to let them know we are there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. If I have to call them will they add it to the actual birthday meal or will they make a note on each ADR we have?

We had to call to add a celebration. Whether the CM will add it to all your reservations or if you'll have to specify which ones is up to the individual CM.

Once you're at DW be sure and get a birthday button for your daughter to wear and when you're checking in at all of the restaurants let the CM at the podium know.

What each restaurant will do to celebrate is up to the server. We've gotten everything from a comped dessert, confetti on the table, cupcake, champagne (anniversary) to no acknowledgement at all. With so many people celebrating something at DW it's best not to expect anything at all and consider any recognition as pixie dust.

Yes. I have added birthdays, anniversary and first time (only 2 per reservation allowed) onto all my reservations.
If you confirm the screen which has the allergy info on and you will then get your confirmation number on the next screen, towards the middle of that page is the option to add a celebration, date and name of person celebrating, confirm this and you can then add another.
I did this on the UK WDW site but I would imagine it should work on the US site too.
