Adding an attachment to a design request

Hi there, I'm new to the boards and am wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to add a file or graphic (jpeg) to a design request. I've read the directions in the FAQ but my account says I cannot include attachments. I'd appreciate any insight as I don't want to burden a designer with my question.

I know new users can not do certain things. Posting photos is probably one of them. If you can post a link copy the URL, the address of the photo or page you'd like people to view, click the Insert Link icon above and paste it there.
