Adding a trip: Which dates??

Hi. We are going to add a trip this fall/winter! yippeee. I have a choice between End of Jan, early Feb, or first week of November. Which stay would

1. Allow for the water parks, weather wise? (last trip we missed them entirely)

2. Be the least crowded?

ps. This will be my FIL 1st trip since it opened! We want to take him inbetween his cancer treatments.

Hum...I would say the first week of November. Plus it is the closest of your two choices. Better Yet!
