Adding 2 adults to a motorhome reservation

We'll be joining our family in their motorhome on an upcoming trip to WDW. They will drive in and arrive a few days before us, and then we'll be flying in & staying with them through the end of their trip.

There are 2 adults on the original reservation. Will there be an extra charge for adding two more adults to the reservation? I assume the person who originally made the reservation will have to add us? Once we're added, can we reserve Disney's Magical Express to take us from the airport to FW? Also, once we're on the reservation will we each get Key to the World card? We have AP's but we'll need KTW to use EMH.

The person who made the reservation must be the one to add you. I'm not sure how the Magical Express works since your arrival date is different from the reservation date. Yes, you'll have KTTW cards for the EMH.

There is a $2/day per adult charge for more than two adults on campsites.

Last time we camped (Dec 2010) they did not add the $2 surcharge to our bill. I specificallly listed all 4 aults on the ressie and was fully prepared to pay it. Not sure if someone made an error or if that is no longer true.

Yep, we always have to add one of our sons that stay with us after we get there and the policy is $2 per day just like there is a $5/day per pet fee, but enforcement is spotty and even with back to back ressies they might charge for one and not the other and the extra adults do get the KTTW card.

We added two adults on our last trip and there was no charge. I would simply be prepared to pay but be pleased if they don't charge!

There shouldn't be a problem with the Magical Express ... I've done the same thing in past years, and doing it again this October. My parents are usually already down in FW with thier RV, and I catch a flight and the ME to the Fort. Just make sure that the ME folks have the flight # and the plane's arrival date and you should be OK

My daughter and grandkids used ME when they met us at FW. The only issue was that the yellow luggage tags were sent to me in NY and I had to send them to her in KS. All the key cards issued when I check in.

Never been charged anything additional and we have guests every year. You're allowed up to 10 people at a campsite.
