Adding 1 additional day to tickets of just 2 out of 5 family members

We are a family of 5 and all have 7 day hoppers as part of our Disney package. Recently DS24 found out his friend's WDW vaca will overlap ours. So DS24 and DS19 want to use our "non-park day" to hang out with this friend.
I've never had to add a day to just *some* of our tix. Is this even possible? If so, what is the best/easiest way to do this? (I looked on MDE and I don't see an option for doing this there)

Wait til you get there if you have a package. Then just go to Guest services and they can add a day to only the ones you want.

OK thanks. Staying at BC. So is there a "guest services" in the lobby of resorts or do I need to go to one in the parks?

I usually do it at the parks, and it can be done after you enter the parks. We do this quite a lot, upgrade my DH and I to AP, and add days to each child's as warranted.

Do the upgrade at any ticket booth or Guest Relations at any of the parks or at TTC or at either location in DS.
