addicted to my trip and I haven't left yet...

Some things I have done or will be doing to get us excited: Disney Crocs for DD, Mickey and Minnie Croc charms for DDs and me, Disney ringtone for my phone, Disboards.com EVERYDAY, Disneyland coutdown ticker for my other board, and of course writing out an intinerary everyday always adding something new! :)

It was like this for me when we went to WDW in '03, and now again....we have had to postpone this trip mulitple times... last year we had to cancel because we decided to sell our house and move..That all worked out great, but now I am long overdue on my Disney fix! We are going to DLR because my grandparents live in CA and we are combining a visit to them and DLR. (consequently, my husband happens to be in Orlando RIGHT NOW for work; a last minute thing....and we couldn't swing going with:headache: @!) But I can't wait....6 more weeks until California!!!!!! (humming some Joni Mitchell)

I finally have come to a decision. If we go june 11th-18th then we will have 3 nights of fantasmic and fireworks and NEMO..and that is better than none:cool1: And it is available:banana:  It might be crazy busy because of Nemo, but I am willing to make that sacrifice. I might just have to practice stress reduction meditation as I weave thru the crowds.:rotfl: weeee yay me,just have to wait for the man to get home to book it:goodvibes

Hey!! I'm a DL trip planning addict, too! The funny thing is, I got my DH hooked, too! We were actually arguing over who got to use the computer to look up Disney stuff and for how long!!! It was insane!! I am almost embarrassed to say so. :)

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
I'm glad I'm not the only one who is obsessing over the details. I just want it to be perfect:love:

Lol! Now I don't feel so alone. My family thinks I'm nuts.
We leave for DL on Apr. 3. This is the second trip for me & hubby and the first for the kids. We know it'll be crazy busy but thanks to everyone here, I'm well prepared!

:yay:

I am a total planner and like to have things nice and organized. One of the exciting parts of planning a trip to DLR or WDW is the fun of thinking ahead to all the fun things we'll be doing! :yay:

BTW, I often peek on the Dis and plan my upcoming vacations when I should be doing more "productive" things like working on my report cards! :rolleyes1
