The price of gold is so high now! I’ve sent 2 packages in this year to USGoldbuyers, I received over $1200.00 the first time for a couple broken chains, old charms, earrings missing their pairs, ect. I was shocked how easy it was to work with USGoldbuyers. I sent my package out via FedEx, and the very next day had a phone call explaining the breakdown of my payout. I could not believe they were quoting me over $1200 for such a small package. I choose the option of direct deposit, and the money was in my bank account within an hour of ending the phone call. The service represenative was very nice and informative.

After the shock wore off of how much I got for gold just laying in my drawers, I decided to take another look in my jewelry box for pieces that weren’t broken, but I never wore. I found a couple more things that just weren’t my taste anymore (ie old boyfriend jewelry), and made another shipment, gold had risen even more in these few short weeks, even those this shipment was even smaller than the first I still was offered $1017.40 and again it was deposited in my account the day after I dropped my package off at FedEx. Can’t believe I have already been paid over $2200 this year for stuff that was just laying around. I am so glad I saw US Goldbuyers mentioned on the DISboards before or I wouldn’t have felt safe mailing off gold, thank you all for the tip! My trip fund look a HUGE jump!

I just checked their website, and they're only paying $42.78 per ounce for 14K. I thought gold was up around $1200 or more an ounce now?

14k is only about 1/2 gold. 24k is pure gold, but it's soft for jewelry, so most the time it's 14k or 18k.

I have one necklace that is gold, 14k that I paid about a $125 for in 1998. I've always wondered how much it'd be worth now, but I don't think i could give it up. Back then it was popular for nameplate necklaces, so it was one of the first big purchases I made with my paychecks. Even if they're not in style now, I still like mine a lot.

That was DWT not ounce, you have to click on the payout in ounces just underneath of it... once the table changes to payout per ounce 14K is $858.20-$935 per ounce depending on how much you send in. Yes gold is way high now... their payout for 24k gold is as much as $1579 an ounce. No way I would have gotten the payout I did if it was 42.78 an ounce lol, I really didn't have much to send. Their payout was better than anything I saw locally.
