Add Park Hopper?

I've got 4-day 1-park per day tickets from aRes. If we get there and decide we want to hop, can we add that feature to the tickets in the park? I've done that at WDW but wasn't sure if it's possible at DLR. Thanks!

Yes. Just go to the ticket booth. Do it on your first day so you get the most out of the upgrade fee.
