Our guide is calling today to set up details for a 100 point add-on at BWV. Should we add two 50 pt. contracts rather than a single 100 pt? In case that health or other concerns make travel difficult for us, would it be easier to sell two 50s than a single 100?
Also, do you think Magical Beginnings is a good deal financially speaking? We were planning on banking the 100 2002 points but we could go either way realiy. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I'm sure opinions will vary on this. If it were me, I'd get the single contract for 100 points, because I think it would be easier to sell than two 50 point contracts. Closing costs (usually paid by the buyer) can add quite a bit to the $ cost per point. I think it is better to have a little larger contract to "spread" those costs. As the cost per point approaches the price for which Disney is selling, some buyers will just go with Disney for the convenience factor or financing options. Of course that assumes the resort the buyer wants is available from Disney. FWIW, I don't think the really small contracts (50 points and under) sell all that well. You might try posting a poll or thread to ask what size contracts people have purchased via resale.

Congrats on your add on.

I am no expert, but we bought a 50 point contract. When looking for contracts it seemed like there were more of the 100 point contracts, and it was hard to find the 50. But I think a 100 point contract would go easily too. Jaki or Shontell would be able to give an insider's view.

Thanks for advice. A call to Jaki or Shontell is a good suggestion. The closing cost issue is something to consider. I know that as we have been looking for an add-on, the small ones seem to go VERY fast.
