Add Day to Tickets

We are going to WDW in January for 7 days. We are probably going to head over to Universal for one day. If we buy 6 day park tickets now can I add one more day (if needed) when we are on site ?? Or should I just do it now since it is only $10/ticket ??

You will be able to add the day while you are there as long as you have not already used the last day of the ticket (I think that's right anyway). It will cost the same if you do it now or on site.

I'd wait until you get there since it sounds like you're not sure if you want the 7th day. The only thing is that you wouldn't be able to book FP+ for that 7th day until you get there.

Thanks, that's what I thought just wasn't sure. It never was an issue before. I was just thinking the day we're planning on going to Universal we may want to go to MK at night because it has EMH's. But on the other hand after a full day at Universal we may just want to relax at the hotel.

Just go to a ticket window at any of the parks... It will cost the same there as if you did it online now.

A ticket bought from a 3rd party (ticket broker) should still be a real Disney ticket, so it shouldn't matter...

Yes...
But, be sure to actually USE that 3rd party ticket at least one time to enter a theme park BEFORE you do the upgrade.

Can you add a day to ticket that is part of a package (like a sports magic your way ticket )? This would be after we get there and use one day, we don't know if we will be able to spend 3 or 4 days in the park.
