Ad with audio loading and stopping?

When I load a new page, the page "shakes" and I hear a single word thru my speakers... I think it's always, "This."
It's just one word, but it happens repeatedly. Anyone else having this?

This site is almost completely unusable without AdBlock. And it's even worse on mobile devices. I suggest using Chrome and the AdBlock extension.
