Activity booking window for next cruise opens while onboard

The booking window for onboard activities for our December Cruise will open while we are on the wish. Has anyone had success being able to use the DCL website while onboard to book activities for a future cruise without having an internet package? I’ve heard Disney domains works to use without paying for internet is this true? I’m assuming I can’t use the app and switch the reservations while using the app for my current cruise or can I?

We will only be booking Palo, so there isn’t much we need to book.

Yes the Disney domain works but is slow. I can't speak for internet speeds n the Wish however

I would get the premium internet to get faster speeds.
